The Pondering wonder of Jesus about finding 'the Belief' at His coming

FAITH (ELIEF) AND RIGHTEOUSNESS (JUSTIFICATION) RELATIONSHIP: WE BECOME RIGHTEOUS (JUST) BY BELIEVING (HAVING FAITH) IN JESUS, AS ABRAHAM DID.

I am saying to you that He will be doing the avenging of them swiftly. Moreover, consequently, at the coming of the Son of Mankind, will He be finding the faith [belief] on the earth? Luke 18:8 CLV

But knowing that man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith [belief] of Jesus Christ, we also believe [have faith] in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by the faith [belief] of Christ and not by the works of the law: because by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.  (Galatians 2:16 DRB)

and I should be found in him not having my righteousness [justification], that is of the law, but the one [righteousness, justification] through belief of Christ, the [of God righteousness] unto the belief; Philippians 3:9 ABP

And it shall be righteousness unto us, if we observe to do all this commandment before Jehovah our God, as he hath commanded us. Deuteronomy 6:25 ASV

And he believed in Jehovah; and he reckoned it to him for righteousness. Genesis 15:6 ASV

for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10 ASV

What is the 'Faith (belief, trust) of Jesus Christ' that justifies, which is the same as justification by faith or justification by belief?

WHO ON EARTH KEEPS THE FAITH (belief, trust) OF JESUS CHRIST? Revelation 14:12

The phrase 'faith of Jesus' is faithfully translated in the KJV.

The Greek word also means 'belief' to say 'belief of Christ' which accords with John 3:16.

The message to the Jews is that Jesus fulfilled the sacrificial portion of Moses (works of the Law of Moses which confer temporary justification every year on the day of atonement) as Jesus stated in Matthew 5:17 and, as such, they must seek remission of sins from Jesus from then on (Matthew 9:6, Mark 2:10, Luke 5:24), exhibiting belief (faith) in Him as Abraham believed the absurdity to kill his only promised heir, which leads to righteousness.

Understand that 'the ten words' (not ten commandments) are not 'works of the law' as the rites were works to be performed by the priesthood. 'The Ten Words' summarizes rules of faith or belief and of behavior.

So, the seventh day sabbath in The 10 Words [commandments], just as the other words which Jesus wrote on the tables of stone and which He gave to Moses, is not a 'work of the law' to discard like, for example, the day of atonement which is part of the Temple rites.

In the Greek language of Matthew 5:17, Jesus says that He did not come to 'loosen' the law as to allow what He forbids in Moses and to forbid what He required in Moses.

The faith, trust, or belief of Jesus is John 3:16 which justifies as spoken of in Galatians 2: 15-16 but no longer the rites of the day of atonement.

The Jews must have thought that they do not have to believe that justification is by the blood of their YEHOSHUA MESSIAH YHWH (Luke 2:11) because, to gain justification, they could still perform the works of the law of Moses which culminated to the rites of the day of atonement.

Rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem which was required to perform the works of the Law in tandem with reinstituting the priesthood to perform the works of the Law on the day of atonement is pointless or vain because the glory of Jesus will not be in the holy of the holies (Hebrews 9, Luke 23:44-49).

Hence, if a third Temple is rebuilt, it cannot be the Temple of God Jesus (1 Samuel 3:3, Malachi 3:1, John 4;21-24, 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 2 Corinthians 6:16, Revelation 11:1-19).

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Galatians 2:16 KJV
